I've tried different sleep, over the counter, helpers to try and bypass these hours of non-sleep and worry. Nothing has helped.
Then I thought,
What about a candle? Not just any candle of course I had to find the perfect, relaxing scent...
Lavender of course is great for relaxing, it calms your body, making your heartbeat slow, and those muscles relax. I've always, well my younger years, loved to light a lavender candle to take a nice relaxing bath.
Chamomile an ancient herb, that's actually used to treat insomnia, stress and nervousness..
So I bought a pod, for my warmer in my room, the Lavender Chamomile and burn it before going to bed. It works! I feel more relaxed, rested, and ready to fall to sleep when my head hits the pillow.
Lavender Chamomile is one of our Aromatic candles, that means it has essential oils.
